I've got one of these, a 1965 T100SC. It's getting the full desert make over right know. Should be done very soon. I like it a lot. It's got power, but very manuverable like a smaller bike.
I love all the "C" models. I just read recently that it stood for "Convertable". I always assumed it meant Competition. Pretty cool that bikes were sold with the intent and purpose of being Converted by their owners. Did you ever find the seat you were looking for?
It's the smaller Bates TT seat, but it will work until I can find the bigger desert seat for the 500. I did find a "Q" air cleaner, MCM Ekins style pipes and a pretty cool bash plate.
I have a 1965 Triumph T100 SCHS but it has painted fenders and tank in white with a stripe down the middle of the fenders, the bike is original. Can you tell me if this ia any special or any thing else about the bike.
