These couple ads from '64 show some of the coolest parts available from Barnett for Triumph's. The risers were made of solid brass and are highly sought after today. They are a really nice custom touch and work with the steering dampner and gauges mounted. The dual pull throttle was a favorite of Bonneville owners that wanted to get rid of the cable splitter. Barnett started making motorcycle parts way back in the 1940's. I'm sure the quality was good for decades, but my experience with Barnett parts when I got started in the early 1990's was not so good. The quality at that time was actually pretty horrible. Levers needed lots of detailing with a Dremel tool, filing and such just to work correctly, they got rid of the neat B,T&E clamp and swapped it for a cheap stamped type and I saw some levers that broke from porous castings! The rocker caps from this period were just as bad with threads that were so loose you didn't ever bother trying to run them. I haven't bought any new Barnett stuff since then, so I don't know if they still make this stuff or if the quality is any better.
On an old taillight I got it says BT&E on the inside, never known that it was Barnett, how stupid! Thanks for that!

I don't have an ad for those, but your right, those tail lights were made by Barnett most likely in the early 1950's and are almost an exact copy of the original P-K light from the 1940's.
